Full-time We are the Leaders in Home Improvement. www.mysearscareer.com/apply Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team.
This full-time role is commission-based / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week, with the remaining days dedicated to scheduled appointments from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products. This position offers excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. Extensive local market travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases (5-40 lbs) of home improvement products. Proficiency in computer skills. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for additional days and hours. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills; passion for improving customer lives. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
