This full-time role offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This position features pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears for estimates on our Home Improvement Products. Extensive local market travel using a personal vehicle to appointments. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required. Ability to lift sample cases (5-40 lbs) of home improvement products. Proficiency in computer skills. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; flexibility for afternoons, evenings, and additional days based on volume and seasonality. Effective negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for improving customers' lives. Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
