The Dietary Manager will assist us in achieving our mission of growing a quality-oriented and employee-friendly organization. Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Running day-to-day operations within the department.

Manage food service employees- scheduling, hiring, and performance management. Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and make only authorized food substitutes. Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders. Review care plans as necessary to ensure that the resident’s dietary needs are being met. Provide nutrition counseling with assistance from a registered dietician. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth operation within the facility. Dietary Manager Qualifications

Must possess previous long-term care experience. CDM Preferred Must have prior management experience. Benefits
