Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure the best coverage and premiums for clients.
Analyze policy options, provide recommendations, and present insurance proposals to clients.
Monitor policy renewals, process endorsements, and handle claims to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate the resolution of any insurance-related issues.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial insurance or account management within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policy language, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
A valid insurance license is preferred.
Day-to-day
