The Opportunity
The Social Ad Buyer will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and analytics teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results and align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms)
Analyze performance data to optimize campaign ROI and identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop high-performing ad strategies
Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting for multiple clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in paid social advertising
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Ads a plus
Proven experience managing campaigns for eCommerce and B2C brands
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
