Communicate via telephone with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling tours Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners Check availability of accommodations and dates, providing alternatives when necessary Qualifications
Must be available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a call center or sales environment Knowledge of the vacation or hospitality industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Familiarity with customer service best practices Additional Information
