What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Communicate with customers and potential owners via outbound and inbound calls to sell preview package sales/tours
Verify eligibility requirements for scheduling tours at the employer's properties
Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners
Check availability of accommodations and suggest alternative options when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Background and drug screening may be required based on company policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center or sales environment
Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry
Familiarity with vacation planning or travel services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
