Assist guests with reserving, modifying, or canceling rental reservations Check the availability of accommodations and alternative dates or options Communicate via telephone with customers and potential owners to set up preview package sales/tours Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling tours Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills Background and drug screening may be required based on company policy How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a call center or sales environment Familiarity with reservation systems or customer service tools Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and contribute to team objectives Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset Multilingual abilities are a plus We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
