Position Summary

JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting of NEPA, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Field Services & Business Development Representative . This dual-role position is critical to ensuring the company’s commitment to service excellence and brand integrity while actively supporting growth through new business development initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct routine audits of customer accounts across seven counties to verify compliance with Jan-Pro’s operational and brand standards. In addition, the individual will engage in outbound cold calling within our territory to generate qualified sales appointments. Incentive compensation will be provided for cold calls that result in confirmed sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct field audits across a designated seven-county territory to evaluate the quality and consistency of cleaning services.

Verify adherence to Jan-Pro’s operational procedures and brand standards, providing detailed audit reports.

Communicate audit findings and recommendations to franchise owners and management, ensuring timely corrective action.

Build and maintain professional relationships with franchisees, clients, and prospective customers.

Execute outbound cold-calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and schedule sales appointments.

Track and document all cold-calling activities, including lead generation and conversion metrics.

Collaborate with the sales department to support follow-up and closing processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience in quality control, field auditing, customer service, or sales preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple assignments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
