Responsibilities The Order Entry Editor is responsible for reviewing all Unreleased Imports / Not Released orders and determining appropriate routing to Engineering/Drafting, Customer Service, Customers, or Sales Representatives. Product & Vendor Review Evaluate orders for accuracy and correct vendor assignment, including but not limited to: DHRS - Duct Heaters Requiring a Review by Application Engineering Team Buy/Sell items – determine vendor based on model (AJ, Air Concepts, DACE, Jackson, Air Guide, Sunvent, KEES) Terminal Units Fan Coil Products Fan Powered Products VAV Products Dual Duct Systems Coordinate with Engineering/Drafting for drawings when needed Re-submissions Order Monitoring & Coordination Continuously monitor incoming emails prior to releasing orders. Fulfill requests from sister companies regarding order Transfers and ICO’s to Las Vegas, Safe Air, or Toronto branches. Review and ensure accuracy of the following before releasing orders: Delivery Arrival Notification Charges Customer Submission Comments Special Instructions Inter-Company Purchase Orders Rush Charges Transfers to other Nailor branches Buy/Sell Products Special Charges Special Price Quote Quotes SSD – Special Stocking Discounts pertaining to only stock items SDA – Special Discount Authorization. Re-submissions Controls Documentation & Validation For boxes containing controls, verify that Customer Supplied Controls Forms are completed. Assign a placeholder date of 12/11/2026 when required. Conduct research to confirm whether the order is part of an ongoing project or a new project. Send Customer Supplied Controls Forms electronically. Contact customers for confirmation on control selections when clarification is needed. Production Coordination Review and process Blue Cards from Production for Air Control / Air Distribution products. No Agencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
