Collaborating with Project Managers to drive project performance and ensure high‑quality financial decisions are made. Providing objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact project outcomes. Challenging spend plans and identifying opportunities to deliver services more efficiently. Investigating high‑risk and material financial issues and problem areas on projects. Developing and proposing solutions to resolve concerns. Managing and leading a large team of senior direct reports, ensuring excellence in delivery and continuous improvement. Working closely with the commercial team to provide forward‑looking insight and add value through business insight. Influencing financial plans, supporting public budgeting, forecasts and analysis, and advising on key financial decisions. Reviewing financial performance information and plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure they are robust. Ensuring sound cost control and good financial disciplines across projects. Ensuring a robust internal control framework and compliance, addressing risk management processes. Ensuring disciplined accounting processes on projects (billing, revenue management, and project capitalisation). Collaborating with Finance Business Partners across business units to share best practice. Developing effective relationships with key staff in the Oracle support centre. Supporting the development of a network of super users. Setting up project and task structures to extract appropriate management information. Representing finance positively with business stakeholders. Collaborating toward a net‑zero carbon transition and managing associated emissions. Delivering performance management, technical development, direction and coaching. Implementing a systematic performance improvement cycle for continuous improvement. Maintaining strong collaboration and partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders. Negotiating with key senior stakeholders (c‑suite and board) on strategic matters. Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Oracle and Power BI. Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 – $150,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
