You’ll Be Responsible For
Partnering with leaders on strategy, organisation and people plans.
Driving change, OD initiatives and risk analysis.
Using data insights to strengthen performance and inclusion.
Directing workforce planning, mobilisation and resource decisions.
Enabling effective recruitment and onboarding.
Building leadership capability across performance, ER and wellbeing.
Supporting talent, reward and engagement delivery.
Directing HR projects and contribute to net‑zero aligned people actions.
You’ll Need To Have
Senior HR professional with deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
Advanced capability in people strategy, talent, reward, change and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of employment law and organisational design.
Degree‑level HR qualification and CIPD chartered membership (or equivalent).
