Role: The goal of this position is to convert motivated home sellers to successful acquisitions the Company can buy and resell. This role involves onsite/in-person sales:
Responsibilities:
Display Company Core Values - Integrity - Commitment - Humility - Growth
Attend seller appointments, build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections, solve problems, and ultimately contract houses to purchase.
Assess comparables, property values, and conditions through research, outreach, data, site walks, and watch market trends
Liaise between Company and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Follow up on all opportunities & offers using phone, SMS, in-person appointment and email.
Maintain and utilize company CRM/technology, including Salesforce, Asana, etc.
Requirements:
Understanding of Residential Real Estate Analysis
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Time Management Skills and the Ability to Master Details
Ability to Work Independently and Collaborate When Needed
Well Organized and Capable of handling multiple high value leads per week
