About The Role
The Account Executive, SAP Business One role involves planning and coordinating the sale of licenses, subscriptions, and services to new customers. It also focuses on developing and expanding service sales within existing accounts (installed base customers). This role is based in Puerto Rico and is responsible for supporting customers across the Caribbean region.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform all necessary activities to generate sales, including identifying new clients, conducting visits, product demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
Advise and support customers throughout the sales process.
Monitor sales and service programs.
Communicate effectively to customers all information prepared by the company regarding SAP Business One products and related programs, using promotional messages, slogans, technical information, etc.
Gather and monitor customer needs to determine the appropriate focus of sales efforts and advise them on suitable solutions.
Prepare contracts for execution by customers and the authorized SAP representative.
Prepare monthly reports on work results for the Country Manager.
Maintain an updated client portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction through a close, high-quality service relationship.
Periodically contact, visit, and identify new opportunities within existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding functionalities and pricing within their assigned accounts.
Coordinate and organize work activities aimed at increasing product sales and achieving established goals.
Coordinate sales distribution by developing territories.
Analyze sales statistics collected to determine sales potential and monitor trends.
Perform sales planning based on established quotas.
Confer and consult with department heads to plan advertising services and obtain information on customer equipment and specifications.
Evaluate the market potential of new customers, considering statistics and expenses, and work with the Marketing department on coordination efforts.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Technology Solutions or B2B environments.
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Knowledge of principles and techniques applicable to the sales field.
Proficiency in technology and applications such as Microsoft Office and other tools related to the role.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to negotiate agreements, conduct research, and obtain relevant and objective information and data.
