Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of generalist accounts with a focus on accounts valued at $25,000 and above.
Provide A‑Z servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations.
Qualifications / Requirements
Active 220 license is required.
Proven experience in account management within an agency setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a diverse book of business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
