Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Inside Sales Specialist
to drive revenue growth and strengthen partner and customer relationships. This role focuses on managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a data-driven approach to sales, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Order Tracking & Management : Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
Quote & Order Processing:
Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite.
Data Hygiene : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting.
Partner Inventory Tracking : Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI.
Quote & Sales Order Generation : Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite).
Customer Communication : Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1 + years
of B2B sales or business development work experience
OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and
3+ years
of B2B sales or business development work experience
OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 5+
years
of B2B sales or business development work experience
This role is U.S.-based, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
This position will be supporting customers in Latin America and the successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
While the position is posted remotely in Florida, there is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Miami.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field.
2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment.
Proficiency with
HubSpot ,
Salesforce ,
Netsuite , and
Power BI .
Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sales rigor and operational discipline
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and partners.
Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits $54,800.00 - $82,200.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
