Tenant Relations Supervisor

for our community-focused client partner

This role supports resident engagement, builds community partnerships, and connects tenants with resources that promote housing stability and quality of life. If interested apply today! Salary:

Direct Hire Opportunity! Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate resident programs, workshops, and community events Maintain a tenant activities calendar and oversee event execution Manage tenant communications, including a dedicated social media presence Serve as a liaison between tenants and local service organizations Conduct outreach and follow up on referrals to support services Partner with operations to maintain tenant engagement records Support housing stability through proactive resource referrals Track participation and prepare engagement reports Represent the organization at community meetings and events Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree + 2 years of related experience

OR Associate's degree + 3 years of related experience

OR 5 years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of community resources, housing, or human services Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Social media and event coordination experience preferred HUD or housing regulation knowledge a plus Requirements:

Valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle Travel between multiple properties and partner sites Office-based with community engagement Occasional evenings/weekends for resident events Apply today
