Role Overview We are hiring an Associate, Partner Revenue and Inventory Strategy to work closely with our advertising sales team. The role leads complex analytic projects, optimizes revenue and inventory management with DSP & SSP partners, and partners with Finance to align revenue and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex analytics projects that enhance partner revenue and inventory strategies.
Analyze inventory performance and uncover opportunities for incremental revenue through different marketplaces.
Partner closely with Finance to align inventory strategies with business and revenue goals, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with Data Science and Analytics teams.
Troubleshoot yield, pacing, and performance issues independently; provide data‑driven solutions.
Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL to generate insights and drive decision‑making.
Monitor market and inventory trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments to maximize monetization.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to design scalable yield and inventory processes.
Present regular updates on revenue, performance trends, and risks to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, end‑to‑end analytic projects with minimal oversight.
Strong math skills and advanced problem‑solving ability.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
Expertise in Tableau and other data visualization/reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
Self‑starter with strong project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $100,500—$143,600 annually (adjusted for education, skills, experience, and location).
Eligible for annual discretionary bonus, long‑term incentive plan, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
