Our insurance agency is expanding and needs the help of former athletes used to putting in work on the court, on the field, the track, or the ring, to grow our list of prospective clients as well as themselves in a fast‑paced rewarding environment.

Our next area sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for insurance products throughout Lake, Geneva, and Ashtabula Counties of Northeastern Ohio.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis of local market trends to inform sales strategy.
Devises innovative approaches to exceed sales targets and profit margins.
Recruit, develop, and influence top performers within the team.
Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry.
Analytical thinker with the ability to devise creative sales strategies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Compensation Salary:
$75,000 yearly
