Job Description We are seeking a motivated and adaptable

Sales Executive

to drive sales growth across a portfolio of national brick-and-mortar retail accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience working with major retailers in the home goods industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow business with national retail accounts

Partner closely with internal product development teams to meet customer needs

Build strong relationships with buyers and retail partners

Identify new opportunities to expand product placement and sales

Track performance, analyze trends, and contribute to strategic planning

Work collaboratively across departments to support successful execution

Demonstrate leadership qualities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset

Required Experience Must have prior wholesale or retail-facing sales experience in

brick-and-mortar home categories , including one or more of the following:

Textiles

Seasonal

Mirrors & Décor

Pet

Baby & Kids

Tabletop

Kitchen

Bath

Paper Goods

Bath & Body

Electronics
