We are seeking a
Sales Assistant
to support our Sales Executive and help manage our growing wholesale business. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the full sales cycle—from product presentation to order follow-up and shipment coordination. You’ll play a key role in helping maintain and grow relationships with major retailers while keeping our internal operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Executive in preparing line sheets, product presentations, and meeting materials for retail buyers
Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, and returns for buyer meetings and trade shows
Maintain and update buyer contact lists, meeting notes, and sales reports
Support communication between the Sales, Production, and Design teams to ensure orders, pricing, and timelines are aligned
Prepare and send inventory and ATS (available-to-sell) updates to accounts as needed
Enter and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery windows, and item details
Assist in scheduling and confirming meetings with buyers, following up on open inquiries, and organizing post-meeting recaps
Research new retail opportunities and help prepare outreach materials for potential accounts
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to wholesale account management
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in a sales support, merchandising, or administrative role within wholesale, retail, or consumer goods industries
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Professional communication skills—written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
