About the Job A successful candidate for this position would be an
experienced SHOP Trailer Mechanic , with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

What We Offer
$25-$30/hour, or commensurate with experience.
Quarterly performance Bonus after 90 days.
Schedule: Monday-Friday/Days!
Paid holiday.
401K.
Bi-weekly paychecks. Overtime after 40 hours.
Clothing & boot allowance after 90 days.

Responsibilities
Inspect and diagnose malfunctions on all trailer systems.
Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective components.
Perform regular check-ups and preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including: ABS, air brakes, frame, body, suspension and electrical systems.
Coordinate with other staff, receive & execute work instruction in a timely & proper manner.
Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.
Requirements
Mustbe an experienced Shop Trailer Mechanic.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
