Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Representative to become the newest member of our Community Relations team at University House Issaquah, a beautiful retirement community in Issaquah, WA. The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. Join us in our mission to respect and honor older adults by enhancing the quality of their lives. We do this by providing a holistic approach to senior living, and hiring people who are passionate about this business, energized by the work they do and are happy about their contributions each day. Available shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday, 09:00am - 05:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities
Help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals.
Develop and close leads with potential residents, coordinate the move‑in process, develop relationships with referral sources, and assist with special events.
Conduct tours for interested parties, maintain relationships with potential residents, and coordinate admission process for Independent and Assisted Living residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience with contact database management and community outreach
Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office, required
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience
High school or GED plus 1 year of sales experience required
Some college-level coursework in marketing or related field, preferred
Completion of Next Step Sales Management and/or, BILD & Co. Consulting training, preferred
