Move-In Coordination and Sales Associate

Pay Range:
$22.00/hr – $24.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Shift:
Sunday – Thursday, 09:00 am – 05:30 pm.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Community Relations Director and team to support sales initiatives and achieve targets.
Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, including preparation of promotional materials and managing logistics.
Provide administrative support by managing calendars, answering phones, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting tours/visits, preparing sales materials including agreements, completing data entry and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Assist with resident move‑ins, coordinating admission processes and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office and lead tracking database.
Well‑developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to perform duties in compliance with established Universal Precautions, fire safety, infection control and sanitation procedures, and Era Living policies and procedures.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to pass DSHS background check.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred.
