Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at www.opella.com.**About the job:*** The Pharmacy Sales Account works for the “Direct” channel within the Customer Hub function, a team focused on managing Opella’s sales. The Pharmacy Sales Account is responsible for promoting products and achieving sell-in and sell-out targets (revenue, market share, and implementation of marketing and trade marketing plans in the assigned territory), monitored through detailed KPIs.**Main responsibilities:*** **Plan and execute pharmacy visits** within the assigned territory, promote products, negotiate sales agreements, and achieve sales objectives in line with company strategy and regulations.* **Provide sell-out consulting** to pharmacies, ensuring revenue and sales targets are met for each client.* **Manage orders and analyze market data** via CRM, addressing distribution gaps and optimizing product assortment and layout for better rotation.* **Implement category management and scientific communication initiatives**, collaborating with information providers to maximize portfolio sell-out.* **Deliver training and information sessions** on medicines, supplements, and medical devices; handle direct sales and order collection in compliance with company policies.* **Monitor in-store execution and product availability**, manage POP materials, verify displays, and provide photographic documentation for Perfect Store KPIs.* **Track performance and market trends**, analyze KPIs, propose corrective actions, and ensure effective use of IT tools for reporting and follow-up.**About you:*** **Experience:** 1–2 years of successful work experience in sales roles in large-scale retail or other channels.* **Skills:** **Results-driven mindset** with strong individual and team orientation. **Collaboration and knowledge sharing**, promoting best practices among colleagues. **Customer-focused approach** with excellent communication and relationship-building skills for long-term partnerships. **Adaptability and leadership**, demonstrating dynamism and willingness to step out of comfort zones. **Market and commercial expertise**, including knowledge of therapeutic/business areas and product portfolios. **Analytical and strategic skills**, able to interpret KPIs, implement corrective actions, and execute marketing/trade strategies effectively. **Technical proficiency** in category management, CRM systems, reporting tools, and merchandising management.* **Education:** Degree in Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar.* **Languages:** Fluent in English.At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
