The
Inside Sales Account Manager
drives revenuegrowth through high quality work and exceptional customer service at ourstrategic accounts.
Day-to-dayTasks and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide premier customerservice to provide value daily to our customers (primary with established customer base)
Execute sales strategies thatfocus on profitable sales growth both with existing customers and potentialcustomers
Process customer quotes and orders with keen attention to detail
Review and understand customer and material specifications (i.e., QQ-N-281D)
Build relationships with customers through reliable and dependable service
Be a team player and establish strong communication between Inside and Field Sales, Purchasing, and others within CMI
Provide technical assistance and solutions for customers
Research, identify, andimplement new products and programs to enhance profitability.
Adhere to all CMI safetyrules, regulations, and quality standards.
Adhere to all CMI handbookpolicies, procedures, and business codes of ethics.
RequiredQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Threeor more years of sales experience
Marketexperience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities
MicrosoftOffice proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
Excellentorganizational, problem-solving skills, and time management skills
Abilityto effectively multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks
Excellentattention to detail and ability to transfer data accurately
Strongwork ethic; self-motivated
Operatewith high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers,customers, and supplier
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree in business, marketing, or related area
Twoor more years of sales and marketing experience
