Join Inizio Engage as a Rare Disease Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in the Richmond, VA area. This full‑time, mid‑senior level role involves driving sales for a rare disease product and representing a leading biotechnology company.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the rare disease marketplace, therapeutic landscape, and product to deliver clear, concise, and accurate communication of approved content to target audiences.
Apply knowledge of healthcare industry, trends, applicable laws, regulations, and market conditions to develop business plans and daily interactions within compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs, office staff, and other patient‑care continuum stakeholders.
Ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain customer needs information and help offices identify appropriate patients.
Exhibit strong account management skills: account planning, field resource coordination, customer education, promotion, reporting.
Work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams; communicate progress and best practices.
Complete required CRM data entry and follow‑through actions in accordance with client policies.
Conduct in‑service meetings with HCPs to educate on product and disease state, including meal management.
Organize, facilitate, and manage speaker programs, obtain required approvals, and attend conferences per company policies.
Manage daily sales call activities to optimize time and meet sales objectives.
Comply with all pertinent company policies and training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Documented history of sales success.
Specialty sales experience preferred.
Rare disease experience preferred.
Team‑based or collaborative selling experience.
Ability to travel overnight if required.
