What will you be doing?

Demonstrate deep knowledge of the rare disease marketplace, therapeutic landscape, and product to deliver clear, concise, and accurate communication of PRC-approved content to target audiences.

Understand and apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, applicable laws and regulations, and market conditions to develop business plans and execute daily interactions within compliance guidelines.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs, office staff, and others in the patient care continuum.

Ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in accounts, using insights to help offices identify appropriate patients.

Demonstrate strong account management skills (e.g., account planning, field resource coordination, customer education, promotion, reporting).

Work independently and in team environments, fostering collaboration toward shared goals by providing knowledge, experience, and information.

Verify and complete required CRM data entry in accordance with client policies and procedures.

Conduct in-service meetings with HCPs to educate on company product and disease state, including accurate capture of meal information in accordance with company policies.

Organize, facilitate, and manage speaker programs, obtain required approvals for sponsorships and exhibit booths, and attend conferences in accordance with company policies.

Manage daily sales call activities to optimize time and maximize achievement of sales objectives.

Comply with all pertinent company policies and training.

What do you need for this position?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of Pharma sales experience required

Documented history of success

Specialty Sales experience highly preferred

Rare disease experience preferred

Team-based selling or collaborative selling

Ability to travel overnight if required
