Job Description We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Commercial Lines Account Manager

to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and marketing a diverse commercial book of business totaling approximately

$3 million in annual premium , consisting primarily of admitted markets with about

15% E&S exposure .

You’ll work directly with producers and clients to handle renewals, new business marketing, endorsements, and daily client service needs. Our agency operates within

HawkSoft

as our agency management system, and we pride ourselves on delivering white-glove service across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of commercial P&C accounts, ensuring exceptional client experience.

Market new and renewal business to carriers, including preparing submissions and negotiating terms.

Overseeing / Delegating policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and audits with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate documentation and client files in HawkSoft.

Communicate professionally with underwriters, clients, and team members.

Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.

Manage CSRs helping in non licensed task.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance account management experience.

Active Texas P&C license required.

Strong knowledge of standard and E&S markets.

Proficiency in HawkSoft preferred (or similar AMS experience).

Excellent communication, time management, and client relationship skills.

Ability to work in-office or hybrid from our Dallas location. Fully remote candidates may be considered following an initial in-person training period.
