In This Market Development Specialist Role You Will
Hit the road on foot or by car, exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer.
Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier.
Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
Work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of.
Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, gaining the tools and team behind you to grow your market and your outside‑sales career.
What We’re Looking For In This Position
Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English
Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
