Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Produce Manager, located in Clarksville, TN. The Produce Manager will oversee daily operations within the produce department, ensuring quality standards, efficient inventory management, and compliance with food safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, cultivating excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and coordinating department displays to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure efficient product handling and adequate stock levels
Knowledge of Food Safety standards and regulations to maintain compliance and ensure product quality
Leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage team performance and department operations
Familiarity with produce handling is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in food safety or retail management are a bonus
