Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background:
- 6-12+ years of experience in special situations private equity , distressed investing, or complex balance sheet transactions.
- Exposure to NAV arbitrage, public-to-private deals, or restructuring is highly desirable.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and structuring capabilities; ability to navigate complex corporate situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for building something new in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
