Required

Minimum 5 years of recent Women's Services leadership as a manager or director in a large hospital environment.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Active RN license (Kansas or Compact).

Ability to obtain and maintain BLS certification.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Preferred

BSN or higher degree in Nursing.

Certification in a Women's Services specialty (e.g., RNC-OB, C-EFM, NE-BC).
