Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge. Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design. Desire to take on new challenges, grow, and learn every day. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience A bachelor's degree, preferably with emphasis on design and advertising. Five or more years of experience in an agency setting.
