Senior Python Developer (FastAPI)
Location: Louisville, KY (Onsite 1–2 weeks for onboarding, then remote)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain RESTful/async APIs using FastAPI
Design performant data access layers using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy
Work from Monday.com as the requirements/issue board
Collaborate closely with tech leads and deliver in rapid cycles
Own services end-to-end from design to production release
Required Skills
3-5+ years of Python backend development
Strong hands‑on FastAPI/Django/API build experience
Strong SQL skills; experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with SQLAlchemy (ORM and migrations)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, low‑overhead environment (no dedicated QA)
