Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial buildings and K-12 schools
Network with facility managers, mechanical contractors, and consultants
Develop sales presentations tailored to customer needs
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and existing systems
Work with engineering and estimating teams to prepare proposals
Present proposals, solutions, and ROI cases to prospective clients
Maintain CRM records of all opportunities, contacts, and activities
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
Follow up with clients post-installation to drive service agreements
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and local industry events
Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation
Anything required to meet the needs of the customer
