Great Pay: $24 – $41/hour (based on position and experience)

Pay Range:
$24 – $30/hour – Shop Mechanics
$30 – $41/hour – Field Mechanics
Field Mechanics also receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (*Terms apply)
Insurance: Short and long‑term disability insurance
Time Off: 6 paid holidays and PTO
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime available after 40 hours

Field Mechanic Requirements
At least 3 years of heavy equipment technician experience
Valid NC driver's license
Own personal tools

Shop Mechanic Requirements
At least 3 years of experience with Class A and B gas and diesel trucks
Own personal tools
Must pass a drug test
