Sullivan Eastern Inc. – Shop & Field Mechanics Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay & Benefits

Great pay $24–$41/hour based on position and experience

Shop Mechanics: $24–$30/hour

Field Mechanics: $30–$41/hour

Field Mechanics receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (terms apply)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday, 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Overtime available after 40 hours

Field Mechanic Requirements

At least 3 years of heavy equipment technician experience

Valid NC driver’s license

Own tools

Must pass a drug test

Shop Mechanic Requirements

At least 3 years of experience with Class A and B gas and diesel trucks

Own tools

Must pass a drug test
