Responsibilities
Perform mechanical services and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles as assigned (shop and field).
Operate and inspect equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Follow safety procedures and company policies on the job site.
Qualifications
Field Mechanic Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of heavy equipment technician experience, valid NC driver’s license, own tools, and ability to pass a drug test.
Shop Mechanic Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of experience in Class A and B gas and diesel trucks, own tools, and ability to pass a drug test.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime available after 40 hours
Benefits and Compensation
Pay: $24 – $41/hour (based on position and experience)
Shop Mechanics: $24 – $30/hour
Field Mechanics: $30 – $41/hour
$5,000 sign-on bonus for Field Mechanics (terms apply)
6 paid holidays and PTO
