What You’ll Get to Do

We’re seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Sales Engineer to lead product development and technical direction within the building and construction industry. This role bridges engineering, product management, sales, and customers ensuring innovative, reliable, and high-quality solutions from concept to market launch.

What You’ll Do

Represent the company’s technical expertise with clients and partners.

Oversee product and system development with Product Management, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Translate user requirements into clear product criteria and launch standards.

Deliver product training and technical support to internal teams and customers.

Guide project teams with technical strategy and milestone tracking.

Research and apply emerging technologies to improve product quality and innovation.

Support testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate across departments on campaigns, case studies, and technical documentation.

Lead and mentor the technical team and SMEs, fostering growth and collaboration.

Participate in R&D, monitor industry trends, and drive process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years in a technical management or leadership role within building and construction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Power BI.
