Janesville Utilities is seeking a qualified full-time candidate to serve as a Lineworker in Janesville, MN. This position performs construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems for the utilities. The position also assumes responsibilities for other various City/Utility operations.
Responsibilities
Construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems.
Perform other various City/Utility operations.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in electric and water industry.
Have or obtain Electric Journeyman Certification. Pay higher if you have Journeyman Certification.
Must obtain MN Class A CDL license.
Outage ready within response time of 30 minutes.
Compensation Pay range $34.83-51.54/hour based on experience plus great benefits. Pay higher if you have Journeyman Certification. Work hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm plus rotating on call shifts.
