Responsibilities
Engage with clients in German through email, phone, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement feedback Provide clients with product information, updates, and support Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and loyalty Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends Qualifications
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and communication skills An eagerness to learn and grow within the client relations field Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach No previous experience is required; however, internship or customer service experience is a plus Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous Benefits
