Job Title Sam's Club (USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor

Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

Maintain facility and sales floor safety by conducting regular safety sweeps and following forklift and hazardous material handling procedures.

Keep the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) floor organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised, handling claims, returns, shrink, and damages.

Present and maintain product displays, stocking merchandise, and removing damaged goods while securing fragile items.

Monitor tire and battery orders daily, assist members with appointment scheduling for installation, and communicate lead‑time changes or cancellations.

Provide expert member service, recommend appropriate tire and battery products, explain warranties, and ensure members receive the best service and value.

Drive sales and service excellence by communicating product value and collaborating with associates to promote TBC offerings.

Triage and prioritize service workflow in the TBC service bays, managing the queue and coordinating with technicians and team leads.

Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and Point‑of‑Sale systems.

Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to plan sales, improve the service experience, make real‑time decisions, and encourage adoption of new tools.

Serve as a brand advocate, model high‑quality service, develop team members, and provide training support.

Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.

Continuously improve work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, and adapting to change and feedback.

Qualifications

Valid state‑issued driver’s license.

Minimum age 18 years.

Preferred: Auto service industry or retail experience.
