Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, overseeing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. They set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to their teams and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer service, executes sales promotions, trains staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees quality food delivered swiftly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew throughout their employment.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in the fast paced McDonald’s environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
