Job Summary:
Coordinator of test preparation, assessment, and postsecondary success programs. Coordinate testing sessions, manage contracts, training, resources, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
Coordinate test preparation sessions for students throughout the school year, including weekends and summer.
Coordinate with the District’s assessment department and school-based testing coordinators to ensure proper execution of the District’s during-the-school-day testing initiatives.
Manage the contracts associated with the College Board, SAT, ACT, and TSI assessments.
Monitor and assist campuses with the use of college assessment prep resources provided and/or promoted by the District.
Coordinate the training of teachers and instructional support staff by various college assessment prep vendors and experts.
Assist with the procurement process of resources for postsecondary success programs.
Assist with identification, submission, and implementation of grant applications and work scopes that support the District’s postsecondary success initiatives.
Compile and produce reports related to compliance activities, student performance, and fiscal reporting requirements.
Assist with compilation of district and state performance targets related to postsecondary success programs.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required; Master’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of directly related experience required.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments; high degree of flexibility required.
Able to work within a team and independently.
Able to follow directions and complete projects in a timely manner.
