Professional Bilingual Tax Professional (CPA/EA/Abogado Practicante)
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to help clients complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) and are bilingual (English/Spanish), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
Interact with customers via video communication software and document all interactions.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax-preparation experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay range varies by region: Bay Area, CA – $28.80–$36.50; Southern CA – $28.80–$36.50; Colorado – $27.50–$34.80; Hawaii – $28.80–$36.50; Illinois – $27.50–$34.80; Maryland – $27.50–$34.80; Massachusetts – $28.80–$36.50; Minnesota – $24.80–$30.30; New Jersey – $28.80–$36.50; New York – $28.80–$36.50; Ohio – $24.80–$30.30; Vermont – $27.50–$34.80; Washington – $28.80–$36.50; Washington DC – $28.80–$36.50.
