Director of Engineering - BAS Controls
Location
REMOTE (prefers individuals on the East Coast)
Responsibilities
- Prior Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
- Review and ensure all AutoCAD drawings requirements are sufficiently met
- Oversee and manage all design and development projects
- Design and direct the work of the engineering team and help set objectives that align with company improvement strategies
- Provide engineering leadership and help design, maintain, and execute project development plans
- Create and establish a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement toward engineering projects and results
- Ensure that all aspects of the BAS layout/design, development, and support process are optimal for the client
- Work closely with department expenses and ensure compliance and corporate goals are met
