Position Director of Engineering - BAS Controls
Location REMOTE (prefers individuals on the East Coast)
Responsibilities
Prior Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
Review and ensure all AutoCAD drawings requirements are sufficiently met
Oversee and manage all design and development projects
Design and direct the work of the engineering team and help set objectives that align with company improvement strategies
Provide engineering leadership and help design, maintain, and execute project development plans
Create and establish a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement toward engineering projects and results
Ensure that all aspects of the BAS layout/design, development, and support process are optimal for the client
Work closely with department expenses and ensure compliance and corporate goals are met
