Position Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Executives early in the sales cycle to define scope, timelines, resourcing, requirements, and implementation pathways
- Lead discovery and scoping, translating customer objectives into clear implementation plans, SOWs, and roadmaps
- Balance customer ambition with realistic milestones, clear expectations, and Solara’s delivery model
- Own implementation leadership, ensuring successful deployment through planning, execution, risk management, and escalation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Clinical, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver seamless implementations
- Establish repeatable implementation frameworks, templates, timelines, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted partner to clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, guiding adoption, workflow integration, and change management
- Ensure implementations drive measurable adoption and long‑term customer success
- Build and lead the Implementation team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and KPI development
- Define and maintain clear boundaries between implementation, customer success, and professional services
- Structure and oversee fee-based engagement work when needed, ensuring disciplined scoping, resourcing, and financial alignment
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, customer success, or related delivery roles in enterprise SaaS or digital health.
- At least 3+ years leading teams (manager, senior manager, or director level).
- Strong track record of implementing complex solutions within health systems, hospitals, or large provider organizations.
- Experience participating in pre‑sales cycles, solutioning, and SOW development.
- Exceptional project management skills and able to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior clinical, operational, and IT leaders.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, health‑system operations, and digital‑health deployment models.
- Comfortable in a startup/early‑stage environment with evolving processes and the need for hands‑on execution.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience implementing clinical applications, workflow tools, care pathways, CDS, population health, or behavioral‑health solutions.
- Exposure to Clinical Practice Guidelines, quality improvement, or care‑model transformation.
- Prior experience in a hybrid pre‑sales / post‑sales delivery role.
- Experience building an implementation or services function from scratch.
- Familiarity with EHR integration, data pipelines, or clinical IT environments.
Compensation $180k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
