The client is a leading provider of home health and home care services, delivering personalized, professional care in patients’ homes. They seek a collaborative and strategic Senior Director of Technology Transformation to drive the organization’s technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Base pay range: $190,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Manage key vendor relationships, technology contracts, and system integrations to maximize performance and cost‑effectiveness.
- Champion data integrity and accessibility by developing governance frameworks and analytics capabilities that drive clinical, operational, and financial insights.
- Streamline systems and processes to support operational efficiency and growth, leveraging technology to enhance patient and team experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, bringing forward honest perspectives and actionable recommendations about emerging healthcare technology trends.
- Contribute to the management of all IT systems, including cloud environments and enterprise applications, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to deliver impactful, compliant, and innovative solutions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity programs and data privacy protocols in line with HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 standards.
Desired Background
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in healthcare technology; startup or high‑growth company experience strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare IT systems such as WellSky, KanTime, NetSmart/McKesson, and general IT and Biz Ops stacks including AWS, MSFT products, UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Datarails, and QuickBooks.
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Comfortable leading through change, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
- Track record of fostering collaboration across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
